The kids had a taste of winter this week in our community.
They has a wonderful tree lighting party. Santa was there and they trucked in a "snow mountain" for the kids to go tubing on.
Lauren must have gone down that "mountain" 25 times! She had a ton of fun!
Just being around that snow for the couple hours we were there made me realize that I do not miss it...not even a little bit.

We were talking the other day about Lauren and how she had not been able to see snow. Megan was happy for her after seeing this. I wish our snow only lasted a few hours too!
