My 14th Wedding Anniversary

Today Rob and I have been married 14 years. We have had one heck of a ride so far. There have been lots of smooth road and a few bumpy ones as well. We have even come to roads that we thought we would not be able to cross together, but somehow we have made it to 14 years and counting.

Getting married is very easy. Staying married is very hard. I am proud that we are still on our roadtrip together and I look forward to facing all the speedbumps with Rob by my side.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY ROB! I LOVE YOU.

Father's Day

Nothing like a holiday to find a reason to scrapbook. The kids and I took Rob to Famous Daves BBQ for lunch today. He has been craving Ribs for weeks and as you can see, he got his wish. Of course it didn't all go smoothly...
Early in the day we discovered our well wasn't working. So, no water for Father's Day. Thankfully, our neighbors are allowing us to borrow their hose so we can fill our tank now and then.
Other than that, Rob got to rest and watch Nascar. His two favorite things.
Overall, think he had a pretty nice day and that's what it all about.

Happy Father's Day Rob!

Happy Father's Day to a wonderful man. He always puts his family first, he loves both his children with all his heart, unconditionally. He sacrifices everything to give his family all they could ever need. He shares the woman he loves with two other people daily without complaint.

He is a wonderful example for our children and a great friend to their mother. He cuts his own hair so his wife can pay $35.00 to get hers cut. He never has change in his pocket, but will buy a McFlurry for his kids any time they ask.

I hope you have a wonderful day Rob.
I love you, Lynne

Rob update

Rob's new job with the city is going really well. He is really happy there. He says it's like a family there. The hunt for a part time job has not been great so far. Rob has been very eager in the hunting process. The problem is that no one in Florida is hiring right now. Boy what a difference from the winter months.
He has put applications in everywhere but not even a callback. I'm sure that is hard for him to not even get a call for an interview. I'm sure that something will come up for him, I just wish it was sooner than later.
