We have put a contract on another house.
This one is far better than the last(upgraded, newer and move in ready) but we did give up our favorite neighborhood to get it.
We went back and forth and felt like changing locations was best option for us to get a great house. This neighborhood is located more in the "country" part of Cape Coral versus the fully developed area of the Cape. It is less than a mile to a shopping plaza and very close to Pine Island Road.
It is another short sale...so we will wait and see for a few weeks if we get it. The good part about this one is that the sellers are motivated to get back to Canada with their family so they have already done more for the bank in 1 week than the other seller did in 11 weeks. Our realtor feels that this one will go much faster with a far better ending.

The first photo is the formal living room. There is a family room as well for the kids.
Next is the kitchen...not loving the yellow but I will wait and see if it grows on me before making changes. You can see the family room in the background. The stove and fridge are to the right of this photo.
Pool and lanai with an area just begging for a flatscreen for Rob to float in the pool and watch his favorite game or race.
Aerial photo
Front of the house. It has mature palm trees and all. You can see it is on a hill...that is to prevent flooding in hurricanes...so...no flood insurance! Yippee!
Hope you like it and if all goes well, we should be ready for visitors mid-summer!
Smiles, Lynne
